Furniture and Lighting Pre-Ticketing Requirements

Furniture: Single Carton Items

• The UCC-128 Carton Label measures 4”x 6”. For smaller packages, please ensure the barcode is mostly on the flat surface and is not folded over any box corners. The UCC-128 Carton Label should be placed on the END of the box.
• The Direct SKU Label measures 3”x 3”. For smaller packages, please ensure the barcode is mostly on the flat surface and is not folded over any box corners. The Direct SKU Label should be placed on the END of the box.
• The Country of Origin (COO) label must be placed clearly on the box with no obscurities from other labels or product information. If items are 2 or more per box, please include a large sticker label stating 2 PER BOX or 4 PER BOX, etc. This label should be placed on the END of the box.
• An image or line drawing of the item must be placed clearly on the SIDE CORNER closest to the end of the box.

The most important thing to remember is to never place the UCC-128 or Direct SKU Labels where they would be covered OR where the barcode would need to be bent/folded over a corner/edge.

Furniture: Multi-component Items

When component parts to a single unit must be packed in more than one master shipping carton, please refer to the Component Packing Guidelines for instructions to pack and label multi-component furniture items.

Lighting

• If the item is packed in a carton 5×15 inches or smaller, it will fit on the conveyer system and the Direct SKU Label and UCC-128 Carton Label should be placed on the center SIDE of the box.
• If the item is in a carton larger than 30×20.5×15 inches, it will not fit on the conveyer system. In this case, the Direct SKU Label and UCC-128 Carton Label should be placed on the END of the box.
• The Country of Origin (COO) label must be placed clearly on the box with no obscurities from other labels or product information.
