Polybag Requirements

When an item requires a polybag, please follow the below polybag requirements:

• All merchandise that is shipped in a polybag with an opening greater than 5” needs to have a warning label on the bag that states the following (or something similar): Warning: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep away from babies and children. Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or play pens. THIS BAG IS NOT A TOY.
• Polybag must be securely sealed in a way that will prevent the item from falling out of the bag. Bags may be sealed by clear tape or zip lock closure. Staples are not permitted.
• Product should fit snug inside the polybag to minimize any excess space.
• Vendors are responsible for sourcing their own polybags. Polybags can be purchased from any distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial supplies.
• There is no thickness requirement for polybags.
• Polybags must be clear
• Polybags which arrive torn or do not withstand the receiving and handling process will be subject to chargebacks.
