URBN is a portfolio of global consumer brands comprised of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, FP Movement, BHLDN, Terrain, Menus & Venues, and Nuuly.

URBN US Brands
A US Purchase Order is defined as being raised to one of the below US brands including Wholesale, Singapore and Hong Kong Sourcing destined for North America

  • Anthropologie Group
  • Anthropologie
  • BHLDN
  • Terrain
  • Free People
  • Nuuly
  • Menus and Venues

US Vendor Relations:
A URBN team that services a vendor relationship for product sold in the URBN US marketplace to support vendor registration, PO fulfillment, and compliance.

US Purchase Order (PO):
A contractual agreement for the purchase of goods issued by URBN US.

US Vendors:

US Vendor:
A Vendor who fulfills Purchase Orders to the URBN US market fall into 2 design source classifications: Market and Ownbrand

Market:
Market Vendors sell products to URBN to be sold under a trademark not owned by URBN or an affiliate.

Ownbrand:
Ownbrand Vendors sell products to URBN to be sold under a trademark owned by URBN or an affiliate.

*Vendors may operate in both capacities and will be considered DUAL design source Vendors.

Brands:

Buying/Buyer:
Refers to the brand contact supporting the vendor registration, purchase of goods, and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs). In some cases there may be a Buying Operations Specialist (BOPs) to support operational needs.

Production and Sourcing:
Refers to the URBN Production contact partnering with the Ownbrand Vendor to develop styles for URBN.
