Please refer to the Customs Compliance section to check specific Customs requirements based on the PO ship from and ship to locations.

URBN work on the following Incoterms® only: FOB, EXW and DDP.

All other incoterms are to be managed by exception only.

For any POs moving within the UK, no incoterms are applicable.

All URBN shipments are asked to be shipped in accordance with standardised shipping terms outset by Incoterms® 2020.

These terms define responsibility at each stage of the shipment including cost, accountability, and risk.

Please see the below table illustrating responsibilities according to Incoterms® 2020:

FOB – Free on Board (Ocean, Air, Ground (EU))

EXW – Ex Works (Courier/where agreed)

DDP – Delivery Duty Paid (Own Carrier)
