All POs shipping from Turkey and Morocco must be shipped through our nominated freight forwarder, Zencargo.

Bookings must be made via Zencargo’s Platform here.

To gain access to the platform, you need an invitation which you should have received via email. If not, please contact zenurbn@zencargo.com for access.

Specific Turkey Requirements

Please ensure you review the UK + Turkey Free Trade Agreement information highlighted here before shipping!

Please ensure you adhere to the following guidelines when shipping with Karinca, Zencargo’s origin partner:

• Bookings must be made by close of business on Wednesdays.
• Order delivery cut off to Karinca Logistics CFS is on Fridays at 4pm local time. Product delivered after the cut off will be dispatched the following week.
• TradeStone documentation (packing lists and commercial invoices) must be submitted to Karinca via email or uploaded to Zencargo’s platform by the Friday 4pm cut off. Product will not be dispatched without TradeStone documentation. Factory invoices cannot be accepted for shipment! Origin statements must be included on the TradeStone invoices and the weights must be provided on the packing lists. This will support faster and easier export and import clearance and help avoid delays at the borders. Guidance on how to generate TradeStone documentation can be found in the Tradestone Training section.
• Please ensure only authorised deliveries are delivered to CFS. If the order is not authorised by an URBN colleague on Zencargo’s platform, the product will not be loaded and dispatched.
• Wherever possible, please consolidate authorised POs under one TradeStone commercial invoice if you are handing over/shipping POs together under the same consignee. Guidance on how to generate a combined invoice is provided in the TradeStone User Manual.
