Vendor Activations

Vendors who HAVE worked with URBN in the past (either in the EU or in the US under a valid but inactive Vendor ID) will undergo a Vendor Activation. Please be sure to advise the buying team if you have an existing Vendor ID with URBN so they are aware to initiate an activation rather than a New Vendor Registration.

In order to complete your Vendor activation, please log in to Tradestone. You will use your existing Tradestone log in credentials unless provided a new log in by US Vendor Relations. Your user ID will be of the format VEN-12345-01.

Please note that the log in credentials expire within 1 month from the time that Vendor Relations initiated the activation in Tradestone – Vendors are expected to complete the activation within 30 days. You may save and revisit the set up in Tradestone at any point during this period.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to read through and accept URBN’s policies, including Terms & Conditions. This is only the FIRST step in completing your activation. Please continue reading to complete the activation process.

Once all policies have been agreed to, please follow the below steps:

  1. Select “Complete Vendor Activation” on the Tradestone Dashboard
  2. You will see a US and EU Vendor ID – select the US Vendor ID to enter the activation page
  3. Complete the activation per the guidance on Completing your Tradestone Profile
  4. Once finalized, ensure you select both Save and Submit to URBN. You should see the “TS Status” change from MORE INFO NEEDED to SUBMITTED.

Once you have submitted the required details, both buyers assigned on the record will be notified to review and approve before US Vendor Relations is notified to do the same.

Once fully approved, US Vendor Relations will activate the Vendor Record and advise once POs can be raised by the buying team.
