URBN does not allow the use of restricted or banned chemicals and substances in finished products. The list of restricted substances is identified in the URBN Regulatory Guidelines. URBN expects its vendors to comply with the chemical limits set forth in the URBN RSL, however, vendors are ultimately responsible for compliance with all chemical regulations in the markets in which product is sold.
