Courier Shipments

Please provide the completed Tradestone Packing List and Invoice to the collection agent and attach a copy to the cartons prior to shipping. Please contact UKImportCompliance@urbn.com if your commodity code is missing on the Tradestone invoice.

Please consolidate all PO’s that you intend to ship in the same week into one request only.

Only requests that have a physical or volumetric weight under 45kg are to be shipped using courier mode, over this tolerance should be arranged to ship via Air. To calculate the volumetric weight of a single carton, use the following method and the add each carton to create the total volumetric weight of the shipment.

Carton Volume = (Length x Width x Height) / 5000 e.g. (60cm x 30cm x 40cm) / 5000 = 14.4kg of volumetric weight.

If the physical weight of this carton was 10kg, then the volumetric weight of 14.4kg would be used. If the physical weight was 25kg, then the physical weight would be used.

It is always the greater of the weights that is used for Courier/ Air shipments.

Please ensure that you have accepted the PO in Tradestone with ‘OHL COURIER EXP’ mode before sending your request. Your URBN buyer can update a PO for you when necessary.
