Shipping Overview
Please double check your POs are configured correctly first, as per the below tables, before arranging any transportation of goods. Please reach out to your buyer with any issues and do not accept your PO until accurate.
For shipments that do not originate inside the EU, you will be required to ship through our Nominated Freight Forwarders, there are no exceptions to this process. The below table will show you the region they are responsible for:

When do you need to Ship
The “Ship Date” shown on your Purchase Order is the date the cargo should be handed over to the nominated Freight Forwarder, Custom Cleared with ALL supporting shipping documentation (Carton Labels, Commercial Invoice & Packing List- see Tradestone Training section for further guidance).
