Vendor Activations

Vendors who HAVE worked with URBN in the past (either in the US or in the EU under a valid but inactive Vendor ID) will undergo a Vendor Activation. Please be sure to advise the buying team if you have an existing Vendor ID with URBN, so they are aware to initiate an activation rather than a New Vendor Registration.

In order to complete your vendor activation, please log in to Tradestone using the login credentials that were emailed to you by EU Vendor Relations – if you are yet to be contacted, please reach out to your buyer to begin the activation. Your user ID will be of the format VEN-12345-01.

Please note that the log in credentials expire within 1 month from the time that Vendor Relations initiated the activation in Tradestone – vendors are expected to complete the activation within this month. You may save and revisit the set up in Tradestone at any point during the month.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to read through and accept URBN’s policies, including Terms & Conditions.

Once all policies have been agreed to, please follow the below steps:

1. Click “Complete Vendor Activation”
2. If you trade with both the US and UK/EU, you may see both vendor IDs. Please select the ID you are being asked to update.
3. Complete the profile as per the guidance on Completing your Vendor Profile
4. Not all fields will be editable -if you require assistance updating the billing information, please contact EU Vendor Relations.
5. Once finalised, ensure you select both SAVE and SUBMIT TO URBN. You should see the “TS Status” change from MORE INFO NEEDED to SUBMITTED.

Once you have submitted the activation, both buyers assigned on the record will be notified to review and approve before EU Vendor Relations are notified to do the same. EU Vendor Relations will activate the Vendor Record and advise once POs can be raised by the buying team.

Please familiarise yourself with the URBN EU Vendor Website while you await approval of your activation to ensure you are clear on URBN’s requirements.
