Domestic Prepaid Shipments

Domestic prepaid vendors are responsible for all shipping costs to transport goods to the URBN distribution centers on the Purchase Order. Vendors should follow the “Prepaid” Routing Instructions below, unless otherwise arranged with the Buyer.

The following instructions are for all URBN Brands; Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People, & Nuuly PO’s that are packaged in standard corrugated boxes.

As a Domestic Prepaid vendor, the vendor record & PO will show “Domestic”, & Place of Handover will be URBN FACILITY.

Select URBN EU POs with a Ship To of PFC and a Place of Handover of URBN GAP DC will follow the instructions in this Prepaid Routing Guide (see below).

Prepaid Requirements

All PO’s are to be shipped to the URBN Facility specified on the PO.

As a Domestic Prepaid Vendor, you may use the carrier of your choice; however, based on shipment volume, please book volumes according to below:

• Parcel: 1-150 lbs. Less than 1 pallet Less than 20 cartons

• LTL: 151-9,999 lbs. 1-10 pallets

• Full Truckload: More than 10,000 lbs. OR More than 10 pallets

• URBN does not permit USPS shipments.

All POs shipped must request a delivery appointment 48 hours in advance with the DC identified on the PO. Please refer to DC contact details here. Vendors with prepaid freight terms are responsible for all freight charges associated with shipments to URBN.

For Domestic Prepaid shipments, URBN IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Lost/missing/damaged merchandise
• ANY carrier fees, including, but not limited to; accessorial, delays, maintenance, appointments, detention charges, etc.

Prepaid Shipments from Los Angeles Commercial Zones

Vendors currently working with Performance team (PT) to ship Domestic Prepaid shipments may continue to ship LTL (151 – 9,999lbs / less than 10 pallets) with PT.

URBN EU POs:

Place of Handover = URBN GAP DC

Select URBN EU POs with a Ship To of PFC and a Place of Handover of URBN GAP DC will follow the instructions in this Prepaid Routing Guide. Once vendor has delivered to GAP, URBN will consolidate the PO in preparation for export and delivery to PFC.
