New Vendor Registrations

hello

Vendors who have NEVER worked with URBN in the past (either in the US or in the EU under the current legal company billing name) will undergo a Vendor Registration. Please be sure to advise the buying team if you have an existing Vendor ID with URBN prior to beginning a registration.

In order to complete your new vendor registration, please log in to Tradestone using the temporary login credentials that were emailed to you by EU Vendor Relations – if you are yet to be contacted, please reach out to your buyer to initiate the set up. Your temporary user ID should start with REG.

Please note that these login credentials expire within 1 month from the time they were created by Vendor Relations – vendors are expected to complete the Registration within this month. You may save and revisit the set up in Tradestone at any point during the month.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to read through and accept URBN’s policies, including Terms & Conditions.

Once all policies have been agreed to, please follow the below steps:

  1. Select “Complete Vendor Registration” on the Tradestone Dashboard
  2. Select the REG ID to enter the registration page
  3. Complete the registration record as per the guidance at Completing your Tradestone Profile.
  4. Once finalised, ensure you select both SAVE and SUBMIT TO URBN. You should see the Tradstone status change from REG INITIATED to SUBMITTED.

Once you have submitted your registration, both buyers assigned on the record will be notified to review and approve before EU Vendor Relations are notified to do the same.

Once fully approved, EU Vendor Relations will activate the Vendor Record, email your permanent log in credentials and advise once POs can be raised by the buying team. Vendor permanent user IDs are in the format VEN-12345-01.

Once you’ve received your permanent login credentials, you may discard your temporary REG login details as these are no longer needed and will not allow you access to your POs.

Please familiarise yourself with the URBN EU Vendor Website while you await approval of your registration to ensure you are clear on URBN’s requirements.
