International Routing Overview
These instructions are for shipments to URBN US from International origins, and apply to all URBN brands; Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, Terrain, Anthropologie Weddings, & Nuuly.
If URBN will be acting as the Importer of Record (IOR) for the shipment, paying for all Duty, Taxes, & Freight expenses, please follow the appropriate URBN Import routing instructions.
- International Air Routing Guide (when PO Ship Mode = AIR and the shipment weighs more than 30 kgs)

- International Parcel Routing Guide (when PO Ship Mode = UPS and the shipment weighs less than 30 kgs)

IMPORTANT NOTE: A PACKING LIST NUMBER (PL#) IS REQUIRED TO INITIATE A BOOKING. IF A PL# IS NOT CREATED, THE PO WILL NOT BE VISIBLE IN THE FORWARDER'S SYSTEM. Please allow 30 minutes for the data to populate in the forwarder's system after creating a PL# in Tradestone.
If the URBN Vendor is acting as Importer of Record (IOR), responsible for all Duty, Taxes, Brokerage, Freight, expenses etc., please follow the “DDP Shipments” instructions.
